Transformational Coaching

We provide group/team and one to one coaching, depending on the needs of our client.

Our coaching is designed to achieve tangible results quickly and sustainably, often within three to four sessions, even in the most complex cases.  

Is coaching right for us?

With a consistent focus on creating long-lasting behavioural change, outcomes will typically include raised self-awareness, greater resilience and increased emotional intelligence, enabling coachees to communicate and influence at an advanced level.

How does coaching work?

As the coach will employ specific techniques depending on the needs of the coachee, it often results in a more coaching/mentoring relationship, which in many circumstances can be more beneficial than pure coaching.  While coaching sessions should not be construed as psychological counselling or therapy, they may nevertheless bring about related benefits.

Although results cannot be guaranteed, (as they are dependent on the coachee's willingness to put their learning into practice), they typically include increased performance, improved self-esteem/confidence and more harmonious working relationships.

Our coaches are senior HR professionals who are fully qualified not just in executive and personal coaching but in NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy).  

For us, there is no such thing as 'one size fits all' and, therefore, we do not advocate using one particular coaching 'model'.  We prefer to take a holistic approach, which encompasses pragmatically helping our clients, to resolve both professional and personal challenges and build resilience.
